Priority is a decision aid
A high-priority finding deserves attention first, but it still needs human review. The plugin identifies signals; your project context determines the right fix.
Use review states consistently
Mark an item resolved after verifying the change. Use accepted when the current implementation is intentional, and keep an item open when more information is needed.
Document intentional exceptions
Short notes make the next audit easier. Record why an item was accepted, who made the decision, and when it should be reviewed again.
